Situated in the state of Uttarakhand, the 6310-meter-tall famous Adi Kailash mountain is also known as ‘Chhota Kailash’. The holy mount Adi Kailash is considered to be the replica of Mount Kailash which is situated near Lake Mansarovar in Tibet. Near Adi Kailash at a short distance, near India Tibet and Nepal border is the mysterious Om Parvat. For the followers Lord Shiva, Adi Kailash Yatra is considered to be very sacred as it carries great religious significance. There are many other important and popular attractions to visit on the route to Adi Kailash and Om Parvat. Some of them are Parvati Sarovar, Gauri Kund, Kunti Parvat, Pandav Fort, Bahama Parvat, Parvati Mukut, Shesh Naag Parvat, Ved Vyas Gufa, Kali Mandir etc. It is said that Lord Shiva (Bhagwan Kedarnath) use to visit here with Goddess Parvati, son Kartikeya and younger son Ganesha to spend time and admire the beauty of nature.

Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Haldwani

Travel to Haldwani and check into the hotel, already booked by tour guide. Meet other members of the group and walk around the city. Spend relaxed time for the rest of the day. Max. Elevation: 424 Mtrs Accommodation Style: Hotel (Twin sharing)

Day 02: Haldwani to Darchula

After breakfast the group will depart to Dharchula. Situated at a height of 960 Mtrs above sea level, Dharchula is a tiny beautiful town in the lap of beautiful mountains of Kumaon Uttrakhand. Surrounded by the mountains from all sides, Dharchula is divided in two parts by Kali River. Travelling through the Indo-Nepal borders today the members will enter into the restricted areas of Kumaon for which Inner Line Permits will be organised for the travellers today. Night stay will be in the hotel. Max. Elevation: 960 Mtrs. Accommodation Style: Hotel (Twin sharing) Distance Covered: 310Km / 8-9 hrs drive

Day 03: Dharchula.

Members have to undergo medical test, police verification and meanwhile Inner Line Permit will be obtained by the organisers. Remaining day will be free to explore around. Max. Elevation: 960 Mtrs. Accommodation Style: Hotel (Twin sharing.

Day 04: Dharchula to Gunji/Nabi

Gunji is a small village situated at an altitude of 3200 mtrs above sea level, near India-Tibet border. Gunji is the base station for travellers to visit Adi Kailash and Om Parvat. Today the group will drive from Dharchula to Gunji through the beautiful villages of Chialekh, Garbyang and Nepalchu enroute enjoying splendid views of the mountains, waterfalls and rivers. Night stay in a home stay at Gunji. Max. Elevation: 3200 Mtrs. Accommodation Style: Homestay Distance Covered: 70 kms / 4-5 hrs drive

Day 05: Drive to Om Parvat via Kalapani and to Kuti.

After breakfast drive ( 22km) to visit the Om Parvat, (Nabhidang, 4340Mtrs) which has the natural occurrence of snow in the shape of ‘Om’ on this mountain. Spend some time here and then drive to Kuti. While driving back to Kuti enjoy splendid view of Sheshnag Parvat, Ved Vyas Gufa and do some puja at famous Kali Temple situated in Kalapani. Night stay in homestay at Kuti. Max. Elevation: 4250 Mtrs Accommodation Style: Homestay at Kuti. Distance Covered: 58kms / 02-hrs drive

Day 06: Drive to Jyolingkong to visit Mount Adi Kailash

Today the group will drive to Jyolingkong (4762 Mtrs) in local jeeps to have holy darshan of mount Adi Kailash. On the way to Adi Kailash we will also see Kunti Parvat, Pandav Fort, Brahma Parvat, Pandav Parvat and Parvati Mukut. From Jyolingkong we will walk further for 3-4 kms to visit Parvati Lake (Gauri Kund) and Adi Kailash Temple. After spending some time here, we will drive back to Kuti. Max. Elevation: 4495 Mtrs Accommodation Style: Homestay at Kuti. Distance Covered: 65 kms drive + 3-4 kms trek / 3 hrs.

Day 07: Kuti to Dharchula

After having visited many pilgrimage sites including Adi Parvat, Om Parvat and Parvati Kund etc today we will start our return journey. Drive to Dharchula may take about longer than expected sometimes due to road conditions. On reaching Dharchula check into your hotel and spend rest of the time relaxing. Max. Day 08: Dharchula to Haldwani

After early breakfast, we are driving back to Haldwani. Max. Elevation: 464 Mtrs Accommodation Style: Hotel (Twin sharing) Distance Covered: 310 kms / 9-10 hrs drive

Booking and Payment Policy

  1. Registration by payment of Rs.10,000/- by Bank transfer. Once you register, you
    will be included in an exclusive WhatsApp group of members and you will receive regular updates, fitness schedule, tips on yoga and pranayama, list of personal gear etc.
  2. Balance amount before 31st March 2024.
  3. Carry following documents for permits (a) 2 copies of Aadhaar Card/Voter’s
    ID/Passport (b) 1 Passport size Photos

Cancellation Policy

  1. It is good to make your booking two months prior in advance. In the event of
    cancellation of tour due to any reasons, it is compulsory to notify us in writing.
    Cancellation will only be effective from the date we receive your request in writing.
  2. If the trek is cancelled by us due to any reason (heavy snowfall, rainfall, natural disaster, political situations, etc.) then the refund would not be initiated but you can go on another trek/tour next year with us.

Cancellation fee

  1. More than 45 days, 10% deduction
  2. 31-44 days, 25% deduction
  3. 15-30 days prior 50% deduction
  4. Less than 15 days 100% deduction.
